Fractional Ownership Option
Atlanta East Aviation offers our clients who would like to enjoy the full benefits of aircraft ownership while sharing the cost with our other fractional partners.
Our fractional program is designed for our clients who fly 300 hours per year or less. Fractional partners pay a fixed monthly management fee, share the fixed monthly expense such as hangar, insurance, aircraft care and upkeep, charts and maps, etc. and then pay a low hourly aircraft use rate only while the aircraft is being used on their behalf. The hourly rate includes, but not limited to, aircraft fuel, maintenance, engine and parts reserves.
Unlike most fractional programs, our fractional partners pay a fixed monthly management fee then pay for as little 1/4 of the aircraft purchase price, a share of the fixed monthly expense, and hourly aircraft operating fees all based on actual cost.
Our experienced seasoned pilots are available as needed on a daily rate and not part of our fixed monthly cost.
